• 1 onion, chopped
• 2 garlic cloves, crushed
• 1 rosemary sprig
• 6 chorizo-style sausages
• 3 large roasted red peppers, from a jar
• 1 tsp fennel seeds
• ½ tsp dried chilli flakes(optional)
• 500ml passata
• 1 tsp sugar
• 250g tub mascarpone
• 50ml milk
• 75g parmesanor pecorino, grated
• handful of fresh basil, roughly chopped
• 250g packet fresh lasagne sheets
