Scotch Eggs recipe by Naseema Zulfi Khan

Ingredients

• ½ kg mince
• ½ teaspoon ginger garlic
• ½ teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin)
• ½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon crushed green chilli
• 1 teaspoon chilli powder
• 1 small grated fried onion
• Add chopped mint and green chopped dhania (coriander)
• 1 cup flour spice it up with fine chilli pwdr and or finely crushed black peper or use
• 3 eggs with 2 tablespoon milk for dipping
• And cover it seperately with the thinly rolled out mince cover it properly into a egg shaped ball
