Chorizo Shakshuka - Get Cracking

Ingredients

• 375 ml chopped semi-dry cured chorizo sausage
• 1 small red pepper, diced
• 1 onion, diced
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 2 ml caraway seeds
• 1 ml each smoked paprika, cayenne pepper and cumin
• 1 ml each salt and pepper
• 796 ml (1 can) canned diced tomatoes
• 4 eggs
• 1 avocado, diced
• 60 ml each cilantro and parsley leaves
• Crusty toasted bread to serve
