Mediterranean Grilled Pizza

Ingredients

• 3-1/2 to 4 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 envelope Fleischmann's® Pizza Crust Yeast
• OR Fleischmann’s® RapidRise® Instant Yeast
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1-1/2 teaspoons salt
• 1-1/3 cups very warm water (120° to 130°F)*
• 1/3 cup olive oil, extra virgin
• Additional flour for rolling
• 1 container ( to ounces) flavored hummus
• 1 cup chopped asparagus (use thin spears or slice in half)
• 1/2 cup roasted red pepper strips
• 1/2 to 3/4 cup crumbled goat OR feta cheese
• 2 tablespoons pine nuts
