• 1 tsp chopped capers
• 2 tsp finely chopped sugar kelp
• 2 tsp finely chopped shallots
• 0.5 tsp French mustard
• 1 tsp chopped chives
• 0 Salt to taste
• 0 Black pepper to taste
• 1 egg yolk
• 1 pack Melba toast
