Green Magh recipe by Fouziah Pailwan

Ingredients

• Green magh
• ½ teaspoon Methi (Fenugreek) seeds
• ½ teaspoon whole jeeru (cumin)
• ½ teaspoon mustard seeds
• 1 dry red chilli
• 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa red ginger garlic masala. Fry few seconds
• Add in 1 big liquidised tomato 🍅
• 2 teaspoon chilli powder
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo
• ½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
• 2 teaspoon crushed chillies
• Add in magh with ½ cup water simmer on low
