• 1/2 Tablespoon olive oil
• Cornmeal or flour for peel and shaping dough
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 8 oz log goat cheese
• 2 teaspoons whole grain mustard
• 1 teaspoon honey
• 2 Tablespoons olive oil
• 1 Tablespoon aged balsamic vinegar
• 8 ounces arugula
• 5-10 pepproncini peppers, sliced with seeds removed
• 5-10 kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
• Kosher salt
• Ground black pepper
