• Salt and pepper
• 2 cups Heinen’s beef broth
• 1 large shallot, minced
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 8 oz. cremini mushrooms, sliced
• ¼ cup cognac or brandy
• ½ cup Heinen’s heavy cream
• 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
• 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
• 1 bunch fresh chives
• 1 bunch fresh parsley
