Ingredients

• 4 Chicken breasts with mini fillets removed
• 100 g Butter salted soft
• 2 Garlic cloves finely grated
• 2 tbsp Fresh flat-leaf parsley chopped fine
• 2 tsp Fresh thyme leaves only
• 200 g Breadcrumbs
• 80 g Flour
• 2 Eggs beaten
• 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
• 1 tsp Salt
• Freshly ground Black pepper
• 200 ml Veg oil
