Ingredients

• 2kg chicken fillets cubed, washed and drained
• 4 tablespoons oil
• 2-3 teaspoons @sujees_gourmet_foods peri peri masala
• 1 teaspoon chilli powder
• 2 teaspoons coriander powder
• 2 teaspoons cumin powder
• 2 teaspoons salt
• 1 teaspoon chicken spice
• 1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)
• 1 teaspoon cajun spice
• 3 tablespoons lemon juice
• Add
• 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
• 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoons mustard sauce
• 2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
