- 1 egg
- 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter, softened
- FILLING:
- 1 (8-oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
- 1 (15-oz) can pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 3/4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- TOPPING:
- Whipped Cream
- Freshly grated nutmeg, for garnish
