• Lemon Vinaigrette:
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
• 1½ tsp Thyme
• ¼ tsp black peppercorns mill adjustable
• ½ tsp Garlic Granules
• ½ tsp Oregano

• Salad:
• 2 x 400 g tins butter or cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
• 6 plum tomatoes, diced or 450g (1lb) cherry tomatoes, halved
• 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, shavings
• 1 tbsp Parsley Flat Leaf
