• 4 large cloves garlic (minced)
• 10 oz. mushrooms (chopped into bite-size chunks)
• 2 Tbsp whole wheat flour
• 1 Tbsp cumin
• 1/2 tsp sea salt
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 12 oz. beer
• 1 Tbsp vegan Worcestershire
• 1 Tbsp soy sauce
• 2 Tbsp ketchup
• 1 can French-style green beans
• 3/4 cups nutritional yeast
