Ingredients
- 300 g (2 1/8 cups) flour
- 40 g (1/3 cup) maple sugar
- 2 pinches salt
- 8 g (2 tsp) dry yeast
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) lukewarm milk
- 60 g (4 tbsp) medium eggs or one whole egg and one egg yolk, beaten
- 225 g (1 cup) unsalted butter, tempered, cut into pieces
- 110 g (1 cup) maple flakes
