- 8 ml (1 1/2 teaspoons) baking powder
- 50 g (1/4 cup) butter
- 45 ml (3 tablespoons) maple sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) milk
- 80 g (1/2 cup) fresh blueberries
- Zest of 1/2 lemon
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) maple spread
