Ingredients
- Olive oil
- 6-8 Sausages
- 1 Squash peeled and cut into chunks
- A few sprigs of rosemary
- 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp clear honey or maple syrup
- 300ml chicken stock
- 4 tomatoes cut into quarters
- Knob of butter
- Handful of walnut halves (optional)
- Couple handfuls of seedless grapes, any colour or use mixed
- 2 tbsp raisins (optional)
