• 2 Carrots ((one chopped, one cut in circles))
• 1 Medium Onion (chopped)
• 2 tbsp Garlic (minced)
• 4 cups Chicken Stock
• 5 cups Water
• 2 cups Riggatoni or Pasta of your Choice
• 3-4 tbsp Salted Butter
• ¼ cup All Purpose Flour
• ¼ cup Fresh Cream
• 1-2 tbsp Oregano
• 1-2 tbsp Red Chilli Flakes
• Salt & Black Pepper (to taste)
