• 2 - 3 pieces Licious Salmon Fillet
• 2 tsp olive oil
• 2 tsp butter
• 5 pieces garlic cloves (minced)
• 1 piece Small-sized diced onion
• 1/3 cup vegetable broth or chicken broth
• 1 jar Sun-dried tomatoes ((drain the oil))
• 3/4 cups heavy cream
• 3 cups spinach leaves
• 1/2 cup grated parmesan
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1 tbsp fresh parsley finely chopped
