Oil and Vinegar Cake
Oil and Vinegar Cake baked in a pan with a simple, flavorful twist—try it with or without icing!
Ingredients
- 350C for 30-35 minutes in 20cm or so pan
- Oil cake pan with ½ tsp oil
- 1 ½ c flour
- 1 c sugar
- 3 Tbl cocoa
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 6 Tbl oil (olive)
- 2 Tbl vinegar (apple cider)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 c water
