• 8 oz steak
• 1/4 cup Italian dressing
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp pepper
• focaccia bread or oval Italian bread
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• fresh basil
• sliced tomato
• fresh mozzarella
