- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup Soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons Lemon juice (or any acid, ie: rice vinegar or lime)
- 5 cloves Garlic
- 2 teaspoons Dry mustard or dijon if powder not available
- 2 tablespoons Molasses
