Balsamic Mushroom Truffled Creamed Chicken

Ingredients

• 1/2 pound egg noodles cooked
• 2 tablespoons Celia's White Truffle extra virgin olive oil
• 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into half lengthwise
• Salt, black pepper, garlic powder
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 8 ounces button mushrooms, cleaned, and sliced
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 small yellow onion, finely chopped
• 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
• 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
• 1 1/2 cups chicken stock
• 4 tablespoons Celia's Traditional balsamic vinegar
• 3 tablespoons cream
• Fresh, chopped parsley for garnish
