• 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
• 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, cut into chiffonade
• 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice

• 2 tablespoons buttermilk
• 1/4 head of iceberg lettuce, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
