Ingredients

• 3 sheets filo pastry
• 2 tbsp olive oil for brushing
• 2 Brie rounds ( Emborg )
• 3 tbsp fig jam
• 6 fresh figs, cut in half
• 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
• 2 tbsp runny honey
• 6 walnut halves
