Ingredients
- 1 pound of celantani (twisted elbows) pasta
- 7 ounces of cured chorizo sausage diced
- 6 tablespoons of unsalted butter divided
- 3/4 cup of corn flake crumbs
- 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour
- 3 cups of whole milk
- 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce seeded and minced + 1 tablespoon adobo sauce
- 1 pound of extra sharp cheddar cheese shredded
- 8 ounces of jack cheese shredded
