Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups butter or margarine, divided (375 mL)
• 2 cups granulated sugar (500 mL)
• 2 tsps vanilla (10 mL)
• 4 eggs
• 3/4 cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa (175 mL)
• 1 cup all-purpose flour (250 mL)
• 1/2 tsp baking powder (2 mL)
• 2 2/3 cups icing sugar (650 mL)
• 1 tbsp water (plus 1 tsp) (20 mL)
• 1 tsp mint extract (5 mL)
• 3-4 drops green food colouring
