Ingredients

  • 1 Veal chop ( 200 g)
  • 1 large teaspoon of mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme leaves
  • 2 teaspoons bread crumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil + 1 net
  • 2 sprigs fresh coriander
  • 2 Aubergines
  • Salt and pepper
  • Preparation
  • • Steam the veal for 2 minutes from boiling point (do not forget to add
  • in the water
