Ingredients

• 2 lobster tails
• ½ stick or 4 tbsp of unsalted butter
• 1 tbsp water
• 2 lemons
• 1 cup of hua tiao cooking wine
• 1 cup of heavy cream
• 1 tbsp creme fraiche
• 1 shallot (finely minced)
• ½ teaspoon of salt
• 1 bunch of asparagus (diced)
• ½ tsp of salt
• ½ tsp of olive oil
• Cooked pasta of your choice
