Oyster Rockefeller - The Social Shell

Ingredients

• 4 Fresh oysters
• One oyster chucker
• 0.5 cup of All-purpose flour
• 1 Fresh eggs
• 1 oz of Milk
• Panko
• 2 to 3 cups Avocado oil (you can also substitute canola oil)
• 2 oz Stilton or Blue cheese (keep half of a ' cheese and add it on top as decoration)
• 2 tsp Sour cream
• 2 tsp Cream cheese
• Dried dill (One pinch)
• Tabasco Sauce-two or three drops
• Salt and pepper to taste
