Ingredients
- 2 pints strawberries, washed and peeled if needed (yes, I peel my strawberries on Pesach! and yes, it’s a pain!) OR 1 (12-ounce) bag frozen strawberries (see note)
- 6 large eggs, separated
- 1/4 teaspoon Haddar Table Salt
- juice of 1/2 a lemon (about 1 tablespoon)
- 1 and 1/2 cups granulated sugar, divided
- 2 ripe bananas (not overripe, but just ripe)
- 1/3 cup oil
