• 1/2 lb Cremini or Baby Bella Mushrooms, sliced
• 1 tbsp Sugar
• 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
• 2 cups Mozzarella
• 2 tsps Garlic Powder
• Red Pepper Flakes, optional
• 3 cloves Garlic, diced finely
• 1 cup Milk
• 1/2 lb Pepperoni, sliced
• Salt and Pepper, to taste
