• 1 cup chopped celery
• 6 chopped carrots
• 2 chopped onions
• salt and pepper
• 1-1/4 cup drippings
• 1-1/2 cup catsup
• 6 Tbs vinegar
• 6 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
• 4 Tbs brown sugar
• 1 tsp prepared mustard
