• 6 cups sourdough bread, cut into cubes
• 1 each butternut squash, peeled, seeded and 1 medium diced
• 1 lb. Italian sausage links (about 4)
• 4 tablespoons Mushroom and Sage Olive Oil, divided
• 1 leek, sliced
• 2 shallots, peeled and minced
• 4 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
• 2 cups chicken or turkey broth
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
• 2 teaspoons rosemary
