- 1/2 tsp salt
- 5 1/2T shortening (Frozen!)
- 7 Tablespoons unsalted butter (Frozen!)
- 1/4 cup ice water
- 1 teaspoon cider vinegar
- 4 cups chopped rhubarb (1 inch pieces)
- 2 cups quartered strawberries
- 1/2 – 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
