• 3 lb Yukon Gold potatoes cut into ½-inch pieces
• 1 large sweet onion thinly sliced
• 1 large poblano or green bell pepper seeded and diced
• 1 large red bell pepper seeded and diced
• 4 tablespoon butter melted
• 2 tablespoon olive oil
• 3 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
• 2 teaspoon garlic salt
• 1 teaspoon dried oregano
• 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
• 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
• ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
• 1 lb smoked kielbasa sausage, sliced into ¼-inch thick rounds
• 1 tablespoon chopped fresh Italian parsley
