Butcher Box.ca Argentinian Shrimp Scampi

Ingredients

• 2 bags ButcherBox.ca Argentinian shrimp (I remove the shells but leave the tails on for aesthetics)
• 3 tbsp ButcherBox.ca unsalted butter
• 1 tbsp good quality olive oil
• 4 garlic cloves pressed or minced
• 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice (basically juice from one medium sized lemon)
• lemon zest
• 1/4 cup white wine
• 3 cups cooked pasta or zoodles (you can use your choice of pasta, or any noodles you wish)
