Funfetti Cupcakes Recipe

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles (avoid nonpareils, as they can bleed into the batter)
• 1 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
• 1 1/2 cup of room temperature unsalted butter
• 1 cup of granulated sugar
• 1/2 cup of room temperature whole milk
• 2 large room temperature egg
• 1 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
• 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda
• 3 cups of sifted powdered sugar
• 1/4 cup of sour cream
• 2 tablespoons of vanilla extract
• 1/2 teaspoon of salt
