• 1/2 cup char siu sauce
• 1 cup plain flour
• 1/2 cup cornflour
• 2 tsp sesame oil
• 3 spring onions, finely chopped, plus extra thinly sliced to serve
• 1 little gem lettuce, leaves separated
• 1 Lebanese cucumber, sliced on an angle
• 1 Tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
