Cuban Style Chicken Enchilada – Tonita's Kitchen

Ingredients

• 3-4 skinless chicken breasts
• 12 flour tortillas (taco size) room temperature
• 2-16 oz Tonita’s Sweet Vine Cuban Sauce, mild or spicy
• 1 1/2 cups Mexican blend shredded cheese
• 1- 8oz jar of black olives
• ¼ teaspoon sea salt
