• 150g bulgar wheat
• 300ml boiling water
• 1 onion
• ½ tbsp olive oil
• Sea salt
• Freshly ground pepper

• ½ tsp caraway seeds

• 400g butter beans
• 400g tinned cherry tomatoes
• 200g runner beans
• A handful of flat leaf parsley, leaves only
