• 400g tin chopped tomatoes
• 3 cloves of garlic crushed
• A pinch of dried chilli
• 50ml olive oil
• Salt and pepper
• 1 small bunch basil, shredded
• Grated parmesan
• 4 slices sourdough
• 4 slices cheddar cheese
