• 1 teaspoon unflavored gelatin

• 1⁄4 cup granulated sugar
• 1 cup Ghirardelli® 60% Cacao Bittersweet Chocolate Baking Chips
• 1⁄3 cup sour cream
• 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
