• 1/4 cup bourbon (i used Makers Mark)
• 1 stick unsalted butter
• 1 cup cane sugar
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 3/4 cup melted coconut oil
• 4 whole eggs
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 4 whole ripe bananas
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1 tbsp brown sugar
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp Lemon zest
• 1/2 tsp lemon juice
• 1/4 cup bourbon
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 tsp rum extract or vanilla
• 1 tsp Water
• 4 tbsp butter (unsalted)
