Creamy Spring Salmon - Carole Food
I love asparagus so when it’s in season (and a little bit cheaper…), I like to make the most of it! To be entirely honest, I think anything with cream, parmesan
Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 4 garlic cloves, chopped
- 250g asparagus spears, halved lengthways then cut into 1 inch pieces
- 150ml double cream
- 50ml water
- 30g parmesan, grated
- 75g peas
- 10g basil, chopped
- 1/2 lemon, zested and juiced
