Ingredients

• 2 sticks unsalted butter, placed in freezer for at least 20 minutes
• 1/2 cup + 2 teaspoons ice cold water
• 8 ounces frozen strawberries
• 10 ounces of lychee from a can
• Plus 1/4 cup lychee syrup from can
• 1/4 teaspoon Diamond kosher salt
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 egg white
• 150g of powdered sugar (about 2/3 cups)
• 2 teaspoons freeze dried strawberries, ground
• 1/2 teaspoon Diamond kosher salt
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
