Ingredients

• 2 pound Ground beef or lamb
• 8 large onion chopped finely
• 1 teaspoon Salt
• 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon Coriander sprigs or ground corriander
• 1 bunch Parsley chopped
• 1/2 teaspoon Allspice
• 2 pound Sirloin or lean round steak
• 2 pound Bulgar wheat
• 2 quart Chicken broth or beef broth
• 1 teaspoon Pepper
• 1 teaspoon Corriander
