• 1 stick unsalted butter, softened
• 8 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1 tsp finely grated lemon zest plus 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 5 1/2 cups confectioners’ sugar
• 1/4 cup raspberry jam
• About 1 1/2 cups raspberries
