This U.S. Beef Steak salad is hearty enough to serve as a full meal for lunch or dinner, and has tons of flavor. Steak is pan seared and sliced thinly.
Ingredients
- 500 g U.S. beef short loin
- 20 ml olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 2 baby lettuce, halved
- 20 g baby spinach
- 20 g baby arugula
- 20 g beetroot leaves
- 150 g Couscous, soaked in 200 ml of hot water for 5 mins
- 60 g blue cheese, crumbled
- 50 g dried cranberries
- 20 g pumpkin seeds
