Ingredients
- 8 Cumberland sausages – chopped (I cut each sausage in to 4)
- 1 red onion – chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic – crushed
- a box of closed cup mushrooms – cleaned and sliced
- balsamic vinegar – 1 tablespoon
- oil for frying – I used coconut
- oregano – 1 teaspoon
- basil – 1 teaspoon
- crushed chillie flakes – add to your taste
- chopped tinned tomatoes with mixed herbs
- pasta
- garlic bread – to serve
