• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1/3 medium red onion (finely chopped)
• 1/2 lb kielbasa sausage (sliced on diagonal)
• 1 tbsp grainy mustard
• 1 tsp dry mustard
• 1 tsp celery seed
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 1/2 tsp kosher salt
• freshly ground black pepper
• 1/2 cup chicken or beef broth
• 1/3 cup cider vinegar
• 2-3 sprigs parsley chopped
